We are looking for a professional and proactive Purchase Manager to manage all procurement activities for the trust, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Handle the end-to-end procurement process for all categories including:<ul><li>Food &amp; groceries (fruits, vegetables, dairy, kitchen supplies)</li><li>Housekeeping materials and consumables</li><li>Maintenance and electrical items</li><li>Furniture, fixtures, and linen</li><li>Medical and healthcare supplies</li><li>Identify and develop reliable vendor networks locally and regionally.</li><li>Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and quality.</li><li>Maintain accurate purchase records, budgets, and inventory reports.</li><li>Coordinate with departments (Kitchen, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Admin) for daily requirements.</li><li>Ensure timely replenishment of stock while minimizing wastage.</li><li>Oversee quality checks for received goods and handle supplier-related issues.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Supply Chain, or Business Administration).</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or institutional setup.</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP systems.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and planning abilities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
