<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Position Summary:</b></h3>
<p>The focus of the Cycle Counter is to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Position Description:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Monitors and controls inventory accuracy.</li>
<li>Maintains material and product identification in assigned locations.</li>
<li>Research inventory discrepancies and the ability to reconcile them.</li>
<li>Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipts.</li>
<li>Helps with completing physical inventories/cycle count, and random audits/reconciliation as needed.</li>
<li>Resolves inventory issues in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Documents damaged product as required.</li>
<li>Performs all duties according to established safety, quality, and efficiency procedures; and maintains work areas in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.</li>
<li>Follow all safety policies, protocols, procedures.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Position Requirements:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Attention to detail.</li>
<li>Forklift certified.</li>
<li>6 &ndash; 12 months&rsquo; experience in a production environment preferred.</li>
<li>Basic English reading/writing skills required.</li>
<li>Work experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.</li>
<li>Willing to work overtime, longer days, and some weekends as needed.</li>
<li>Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day (heavy loads must be team lifted)</li>
<li>Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to and work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Must be able to hear and see.</li>
<li>Willingness to help in other areas.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), preferred.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Physical Requirements:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Lifting to 50 lbs. (heavy loads must be team lifted)</li>
<li>Standing up to 10 hours per shift.</li>
<li>Walking as needed during a 10-hour shift.</li>
<li>Bending and twisting frequently.</li>
<li>Heavy gripping with hands frequently.</li>
<li>Frequent lifting from floor to waist.</li>
<li>Frequent lifting from waist to shoulder.</li>
<li>Must be able to hear and see.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Work Environment:</b></h3>
<p>Work is performed in a non-temperature-controlled environment. Area may be hot, cold, humid, noisy, dusty industrial environment, and around dust, and other substances.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Education Experience/Certifications:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Education: High School Diploma, GED, or work experience</li>
<li>Years of Experience: 6-12 months preferred.</li>
</ul>
