Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Trainee (Female) to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities, primarily focusing on recruitment (both IT and Non-IT), coordination, and other HR operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR functions and gain practical experience in a corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with candidates and hiring managers).</li><li>Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for interview schedules and feedback collection.</li><li>Support onboarding activities and documentation of new hires.</li><li>Assist in maintaining HR records, and employee data management.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.</li></ul>Duration: 6 MonthsStipend: &#8377;5,000 per month Opportunity: Based on performance, candidates may be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion of the trainee period.Apply now hr@sinrorobotics.com or 7593833662Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;7,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kochi, Kerala (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
