<li>Meet or exceed collection standards of obtaining patient co-payment</li>
<li>Complete new patient paperwork in addition to obtaining check-in documentation and information for all new patients and update GE Centricity</li>

<p><b>
 </b>Successful candidate must have solid experience &amp; advanced knowledge of:</p>
<ul>
<li>Strong proficiency in SQL and database querying is required.</li>
<li>Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, and SSRS.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, power query, data analysis functions).</li>
<li>Excellent written communication skills to create clear and concise narratives accompanying reports.</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in report writing, data analysis, or a related role.</li>
<li>Experience working with EHR systems; familiarity with EPIC is a plus.</li>
</ul>
<p>Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, analyze, and validate data from EHR and other organizational databases.</li>
<li>Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, and EPIC.</li>
<li>Create standard, recurring, and ad hoc reports to support clinical operations, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain reporting-related helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely response, prioritization, and resolution of user requests.</li>
<li>Track, prioritize, and meet reporting deadlines across multiple projects and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Quality Manager and other stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate requirements into actionable data outputs.</li>
<li>Interpret data and present findings in a clear, concise, and user-friendly format for both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>Validate report outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to distribution.</li>
<li>Document report logic, data sources, workflows, and definitions to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and knowledge retention.</li>
<li>Maintain organized documentation of reporting processes and data flows to support ongoing operations and auditing needs.</li>
<li>Knowledge of data transformation, including the ability to work with complex SQL logic and interpret it in M code, is desirable.</li>

1 &ndash; Full-time ON SITE (NON REMOTE POSITION - must be willing to relocate)</b></p>

Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and extra hours as needed.
 </b></p><p><b>Successful candidate </b><b>must</b><b> have solid experience &amp; advanced knowledge of:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or finance.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and communication skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Considerable knowledge of data and reporting.</li>

<li>Experience with OCHIN Epic required.</li>

<p><b>Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct data tracking for grants, departments, sites, projects, and/or programs.</li>
<li>Develop, monitor, and report department budgets.</li>
<li>Prepare data comparisons and reports for Financial and Revenue Cycle key performance indicators (KPIs).</li>
<li>Assist in developing performance measures, service delivery indicators and outcome measures to evaluate effectiveness of applied standards.</li>
<li>Use data to improve performance and link performance data results to quality improvement activities, KPIs, and operations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Finance staff in the Month End Close process and Monthly Financial Statement Reporting.</li>
<li>Responsible for Monthly Department Financial, Site Financials, Services Line financials and comparisons with budget.</li>
<li>Responsible for tracking and reporting on monthly encounters and scripts (consolidated, by site, by department, by service line, by provider, by program/grant, etc.).</li>
