Key Responsibilities:Corporate Legal Advisory:<ul><li>Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters including Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, RBI guidelines, and other applicable corporate laws.</li></ul><ul><li>Draft and vet MoUs, JV agreements, shareholder agreements, NDAs, and other transactional documents.</li></ul><ul><li>Advise senior management on legal risks and regulatory issues affecting the business.</li></ul>Contract Management:<ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including vendor agreements, service agreements, lease deeds, licensing agreements, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a centralized contract management system ensuring timely renewals and compliance tracking.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Governance:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under corporate laws, SEBI, and other applicable regulatory authorities.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in maintaining secretarial compliance and coordinate with the company secretary on Board meetings, filings, and resolutions.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor corporate governance practices and recommend changes where needed.</li></ul>Litigation &amp; Dispute Resolution:<ul><li>Handle corporate and commercial litigation in coordination with external counsels.</li></ul><ul><li>Represent the company in legal proceedings (civil, regulatory, arbitration, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Manage documentation, strategy, and timelines for ongoing litigation.</li></ul>Stakeholder Management:<ul><li>Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Operations) and external legal firms to ensure business needs are legally protected.</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as a business partner by enabling risk-mitigated decision-making.</li></ul>Key Requirements:Qualifications:<ul><li>LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. or CS (preferred but not essential)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>8&ndash;12 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal work, preferably in a reputed law firm or a corporate legal department.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>In-depth knowledge of Indian corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.</li></ul><ul><li>High integrity and sound judgment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;500,000.00 - &#8377;1,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
