 We are looking for a
 
 Supplier Quality Engineer
 
 to take part in &Scedil;i&scedil;ecam Headquarters &ndash; Quality Function in Tuzla/ &Idot;stanbul.
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or related Engineering departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of plastic materials, tooling, mold design, and injection molding process parameters
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably familiar with ISO 9001 certification (Familiar with automotive or industrial quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3))and knowledgeable in APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of problem-solving techniques (8D)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends for process improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of written and spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical thinker; enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energetic
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-oriented and results-focused
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and organizational skills
 </li>

 JOB DESCRIPTION
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track and report supplier quality performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and collaborate with Procurement and Supplier Development teams to ensure adequate supplier quality by assisting in supplier selection, qualification, auditing, and development
 </li>
 <li>
 Support on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep the supplier database updated with quality data and identify improvement opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor reports and KPIs measuring supplier quality management performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a problem solver for issues escalated by team leaders
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct supplier audits, process validations, and capability assessments
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and support supplier development activities to improve quality, delivery, and cost performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Support product and process changes through APQP and change management procedures
 </li>
