 More About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Controlling and communicating with the international customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow Purchase Orders, controlling order details, planning delivery time plan and back-orders in accordance with related departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Keeping track on the overdue payment, discount, promotions etc. of each customers group and updating information on the related systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Following system entries &amp; control of price lists, contract, and commercial terms in accordance with sales teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing and maintaining sales data through and with sales teams in SAP ERP &amp; S4, ICRON and other CRM tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting in the roll-out of the customer portal across product groups together with the Sales Ops. Technology and Analytics team. Through overseeing sales funnel; assisting in coordinating demand planning, forecasting, order fulfillment and allocation related communication across commercial and supply chain functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual content for region/coordination office/product management &amp; executive presentations and board reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Processing reclamations and coordinating with internal departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution
 </li>

 All About You
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Industrial Engineering or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of MS Office applications (Especially MS Excel)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience of SAP ERP (SD) and SAP S4 HANA modules is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and a good team player
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive attitude, agile, ability to multi-task and act proactively and well self-motivated
 </li>
