Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and develop backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.</li></ul><ul><li>Build, optimize, and maintain WebSocket-based real-time communication modules.</li></ul><ul><li>Work with microservices, authentication, messaging queues, and distributed systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Integrate backend services with frontend/mobile applications (React.js, React Native, or others).</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, performance optimization, and deployment.</li></ul><ul><li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.</li></ul><ul><li>Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security).</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with WebSockets, STOMP, or real-time communication frameworks.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Basic knowledge of React.js&mdash;ability to modify UI components or assist frontend team when needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Solid understanding of software design principles, concurrency, and performance tuning.</li></ul>Good to Have:<ul><li>Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis).</li></ul><ul><li>Cloud deployment exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure).</li></ul><ul><li>Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong communication and analytical abilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Team player with a problem-solving approach.</li></ul>Reach out directly to HR for further discussion- Deep@sishagt.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
