We&rsquo;re Hiring: Part-Time Server/BusserLove great food, good coffee, and creating awesome guest experiences? We&rsquo;re looking for a friendly, outgoing Server/Busser to join our team. If you&rsquo;re all about making people feel welcome while keeping things running smoothly, this is the job for you!Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 10:30 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM (closing shift) Pay: Hourly + tipsWhat You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Bus tables when customers are done eating</li><li>Greet every guest with a big smile and warm energy</li><li>Guide customers proudly to their tables, set them up with menus, water, and cups</li><li>Help the restaurant with light prep, such as stacking meat and cheese, cutting prep, etc</li><li>Take orders confidently and accurately (with a smile, of course!)</li><li>Clean FOH (such as floors, bathrooms, counters, etc)</li><li>Deliver food and drinks quickly, making sure guests are well taken care of</li><li>Drop off checks and handle payments when guests are ready</li><li>Stay attentive&mdash;anticipating needs and checking in regularly</li><li>Keep tables, the dining room, and service areas clean and stocked</li><li>Jump in where needed: running food, answering phones, or helping with light prep</li><li>Occasionally craft espresso drinks to brighten a guest&rsquo;s day</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Multitasking abilities that keep you cool under pressure</li><li>1+ year of restaurant experience (server experience is a big plus!)</li><li>Reliable transportation and strong work ethic</li><li>Ability to stand on your feet for long shifts and lift 25+ lbs</li><li>Professional, respectful, and neat appearance</li><li>A guest-first mindset with strong customer service skills</li><li>Confidence in learning, remembering, and sharing menu items</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working HereThis isn&rsquo;t just another serving job&mdash;it&rsquo;s a chance to join a team that values hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
