 What You'll Do

 Provide L3 support for network-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex network problems.

 Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability of network systems.
 </li>

 Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

 <li>
 Implement and manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and threats.

 Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements.

 Qualifications

 MUST TO HAVE
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 8 years of experience in network administration and support, with a focus on L2 and L3 support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with network security technologies such as VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and NAC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, PaloAlto &amp; Fortinet.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least one of relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP
 </li>
 <li>
 Paloatlo Professional Network Security Professional is a must

 is a highly experienced operational engineer within
 
 PSO PAX
 
 , responsible for
 
 end‑to‑end technical ownership

 across mission‑critical passenger processing systems.
 
 
 This role goes beyond execution of SOPs. Senior Specialists act as
 
 technical anchors
 
 within the Service Operations team, leading investigations, mentoring Specialists, driving automation and problem management, and partnering closely with
 
 SRE, Engineering, and Field Operations
 
 to improve system reliability and reduce operational risk.
 
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 
 Advanced Operational Ownership
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Own complex and high‑impact incidents across PAX applications (SBD, CUPPS, Touchpoints, Smart Path, Flex, Maestro).
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as technical lead during Major Incidents (P1/P2), driving investigation, coordination, and recovery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate incident quality, escalation paths, and technical accuracy before handover to SRE or Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify operational risks and stability gaps based on incident trends and telemetry.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Deep Application &amp; System Troubleshooting

 Perform advanced root cause analysis across:

 We are looking for a Senior Cloud Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure to design, implement, and operate scalable and secure cloud environments. The role combines hands-on administration with architectural thinking, focusing on automation, infrastructure-as-code, and operational excellence.
 
 
 As part of an international engineering team, you will help build and maintain reliable cloud platforms that support modern applications and services across the organization.
