Revenue Assurance and Cash Collection (Core Focus)</b></p><ul><li>
Support end-to-end invoice lifecycle management, ensuring invoices are submitted in line with contractual terms, milestones, and purchase orders.</li><li>
Perform rigorous follow-up on invoice submission and customer acceptance.</li><li>
Engage proactively with customer departments including Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Accounts Payable, IT, and Contracts to facilitate timely payments.</li><li>
Conduct proactive and, where required, on-site follow-ups to accelerate payment cycles.</li><li>
Maintain a comprehensive tracking sheet for all assigned accounts (invoice status, payment timelines, aging, risks).</li><li>
Identify and escalate payment delays, disputes, and contractual misalignments.</li><li>
Provide weekly reporting to VP Commercial/Sales, highlighting status, risks, and mitigation actions.</li><li>

The <b>Senior Specialist &ndash; Service Operations</b> is a highly experienced operational engineer within <b>PSO PAX</b>, responsible for <b>end‑to‑end technical ownership</b>, <b>advanced troubleshooting</b>, and <b>operational excellence</b> across mission‑critical passenger processing systems.</p><p>
This role goes beyond execution of SOPs. Senior Specialists act as <b>technical anchors</b> within the Service Operations team, leading investigations, mentoring Specialists, driving automation and problem management, and partnering closely with <b>SRE, Engineering, and Field Operations</b> to improve system reliability and reduce operational risk.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Perform all Service Operations activities according to SITA standards and procedures maximizing customer satisfaction by the delivery of first class support activities. To provide the highest level of Service Operation availability ensuring Systems and Products are properly configured and maintained. WHAT YOU'LL DO</b></h2><p>
Handle complex incident management.</p><p>
Monitor and manage day-to-day service operations to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and processes. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage service requests, incidents, and problems, and ensure adherence to SLAs.</p><p>
Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in service processes.</p><p>
Develop and maintain operational procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize service disruptions.</p><p>
Collaborate with technical teams to address product-related service issues and recommend improvements.</p><p>
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and work with problem management or expert service improvement teams on findings and root causes to implement solutions.</p><p>
Ensure documentation is up-to-date for all operational processes, incidents, and service management workflows. Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to reduce manual intervention and increase operational efficiency.</p><p>
Required to work in rotating shifts to support customers 24*7.</p><p>
Deploy changes as and when needed or based on business requirements.</p>
Qualifications:
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>WHO YOU ARE</b></h2><p>
Minimum 3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in the network (LAN, Wireless, WAN, and SD-WAN) and/or application/system support domain. Must have dealt directly with external customers and delivered according to SLAs.</p><p>
Minimum 2&ndash;3 years&rsquo; experience in ACM domain where applicable.<br>
<b>Experience with Linux systems and Microsoft Azure cloud environments</b>, including basic administration, troubleshooting, and support within operational and incident management contexts.</p><p>
Airline experience and/or ATI know-how.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
