 The IT Support is responsible for providing reliable technical support and operational assistance to ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and end-user services. The role supports daily IT operations, resolves incidents within defined SLAs, and contributes to maintaining stable and efficient IT environments aligned with business requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Deliverables:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide first technical support for end users, including hardware, software, operating systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform user account management, access provisioning, and permissions in line with security and IT policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, and standard IT tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate complex technical issues to relevant internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve service quality, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Talent Profile:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in IT support, service desk, or technical operations roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills with the ability to support technical and non-technical users.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
 </li>

 The Cybersecurity Consultant is responsible for assessing, designing, implementing, and advising on cybersecurity controls to protect organizational information systems, networks, and data. The role supports secure operations by identifying risks, recommending mitigation strategies, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational security policies.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Deliverables:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, security reviews, and gap analyses across infrastructure, applications, and operational environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and recommend security architectures, controls, and frameworks aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support implementation and optimization of security solutions such as firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, DLP, IAM, and vulnerability management tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform security assessments including configuration reviews, compliance checks, and technical validations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify security risks, assess impact and likelihood, and provide clear, actionable remediation recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support incident response activities, including investigation, containment guidance, and post-incident reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise stakeholders on secure system design, change management, and security best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present security reports, risk registers, and executive summaries for management and clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support compliance and audit activities by providing evidence, documentation, and technical explanations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends, and proactively recommend improvements.
 </li>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
 </li>

 +6 years of experience in Cybersecurity.
 </li>
