About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Media Buyer to join our dynamic digital media team. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital media campaigns across various platforms such as display, native, paid search, and programmatic platforms. to achieve our clients' or company&rsquo;s advertising goals. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy professional with a deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem, campaign strategy, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development<ul><li>
Design full-funnel digital media strategies to drive acquisition, awareness, and engagement.</li><li>
Align campaign goals with business objectives and customer lifecycle stages.</li></ul>
Campaign Management<ul><li>
Oversee media buying and optimization across Display platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, and other DSPs. Bonus points for Paid Search and Social.</li><li>
Collaborate on creative execution and optimization.</li><li>
Ability and organization to manage thousands of campaigns a day.</li></ul>
Performance Optimization<ul><li>
Analyze campaign results using media platforms, GA4, internal dashboards, and BI tools.</li><li>
Propose and implement A/B tests, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.</li></ul>
Budget Ownership<ul><li>
Allocate and monitor budgets across all paid channels.</li><li>
Forecasts spend and ROI based on performance trends and goals.</li></ul>
Team &amp; Vendor Coordination<ul><li>
Work with internal teams (creative, product, dev) and external partners (agencies, vendors).</li></ul>
Reporting &amp; Insights<ul><li>
Deliver actionable insights and regular performance reports.</li><li>
Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, impression share, etc.</li></ul>
<ul><li>3&ndash;5+ years of digital media experience, including hands-on ad platform management in an agency is highly desirable.</li><li>
Proven ability to drive results through multi-channel campaigns</li><li>
Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (DSPs, Native, Search, etc)</li><li>
Knowledge in ad-tech ecosystems for data activation, audience targeting and enablement.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets</li><li>
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills</li></ul></div>
