Our technology combines autonomous cleaning robots, digital twin platforms, and predictive maintenance to serve all sectors.Position OverviewAs our first marketing hire, you'll build Site IQ's marketing engine from scratch. This isn't a traditional marketing role - you're part strategist, part executor, part agency manager. You'll own everything from sales enablement to content creation to demand generation, leveraging AI tools to work at 3-5x the output of a traditional marketer.We're a startup, but we are growing fast. You'll have high autonomy, limited budget, and unlimited opportunity to prove marketing ROI. You'll hire and manage external agencies/freelancers as needed, but you're hands-on keyboard daily.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Enablement (30% of time - Highest Priority)&bull;&emsp;Create and maintain sales collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, proposal templates, ROI calculators &bull;&emsp;Develop vertical-specific messaging for education, healthcare, aviation, logistics &bull;&emsp;Write FAQs and objection-handling scripts based on actual sales calls &bull;&emsp;Partner with CRO and Sales VPs to ensure materials close deals2. Content Strategy &amp; Production (50% of time)&bull;&emsp;Build and execute content strategy (Linkedin-3 times a week, article for our website 1 time per month, YouTube update weekly, and other content platform) &bull;&emsp;Write case studies from customer pilots and deployments &bull;&emsp;Develop whitepapers and use-case articles (AI for buildings, automation ROI, ESG) &bull;&emsp;Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity) to research, draft, and optimize content &bull;&emsp;Own AI search and SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, performance tracking &bull;&emsp;Set up and manage email nurture campaigns in Zoho CRM &bull;&emsp;Launch LinkedIn organic content and coordinate paid campaigns (or manage agency) &bull;&emsp;Create KPI dashboards to track traffic, leads, conversions, pipeline contribution &bull;&emsp;Test and optimize conversion funnels for all our digital channels3. Brand &amp; Messaging Coordination (10% of time)&bull;&emsp;Partner with external brand agency on messaging framework and positioning &bull;&emsp;Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints &bull;&emsp;Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value stories &bull;&emsp;Manage brand guideline implementation4.
