Position Overview:

The SiteOne Product Data team is seeking a Product Data Analyst with a strong background in horticultural nomenclature and nursery operations. This role is designed for a candidate who not only understands data governance and digital systems but also brings a deep knowledge of plant materials and nursery practices. The Product Data Analyst will support Category Management, Digital E-Commerce, Marketing, and Supply Chain by ensuring SiteOne&rsquo;s plant and product data is accurate, standardized, and optimized for customer and business needs. This position will be key in driving data integrity across our nursery portfolio&mdash;helping us deliver best-in-class plant information to both internal and external customers.</div><div></div><div><br>
This position follows a <b>hybrid work model</b>, with the flexibility to work remotely. However, <b>onsite presence is required twice per month</b> at our Roswell office for team collaboration, meetings, or other in-person activities.</div><div><b><br>
</b></div><div><b>What You'll Do:</b></div><ul><li>
Maintain the accuracy of product taxonomy, botanical nomenclature, plant attributes, and data integrity across all nursery product records.</li><li>
Ensure complete and accurate plant and product data is collected from suppliers, growers, and industry resources.</li><li>
Conduct data profiling and plant attribute analysis to measure completeness and consistency of nursery data.</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of data collection and entry for nursery products, with emphasis on standardized botanical names, growth habits, sizes, and cultural attributes.</li><li>
Communicate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot nursery data issues and ensure proper mapping.</li><li>
Identify opportunities for data governance improvements and recommend best practices for handling plant data and digital assets.</li><li>
Analyze trends and themes in nursery product data to support category strategy and customer needs.</li><li>
Develop and maintain documentation, including plant attribute standards, taxonomy updates, and nursery data guides.</li><li>
Prepare and present periodic progress reports to stakeholders.</li><li>
Recommend and implement continuous process improvements to enhance plant data accuracy and efficiency.</li></ul>
Skills We Are Seeking::

Education &amp; Experience</b></div><ul><li><b>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Data Analytics, or related field.</b></li><li><b>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in nursery operations, horticulture, or plant data management.</b></li><li><b>
Strong knowledge of horticultural nomenclature and plant taxonomy, with the ability to validate and correct botanical names, synonyms, and cultivar designations.</b></li><li><b>
Practical nursery operations experience, with working knowledge of container sizes, plant forms, and growing practices.</b></li><li><b>

The Branch Manager is responsible for building a winning team and knowledge base for achieving excellence in all facets of branch operations including inventory management, team development, customer value, and overall financial performance and growth. This role works in collaboration with area leadership to meet or exceed goals set forth in terms of revenue, customer satisfaction, and associate succession planning.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Skills We Are Seeking::
