Position Overview:
<p>
SiteOne is searching for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a key support member for business units across the organization, capable of triaging incoming requests, writing and executing SQL to pull and Analyze data, highly organized, and a great communicator.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
What You'll Do:</b></p><ul><li>
Be a first responder for incoming Ad hoc requests, which include asks for data extracts, reporting issues, and general questions and data education.
</li><li>Be a part of a larger team, with overall responsibility for Data Management, Business Intelligence, and Analytics</li><li>
Capable of triaging and escalating issues to the broader team based on severity and complexity.
</li><li>Perform administration of email subscriptions and daily processes.
</li><li>Perform Ad hoc analysis and provide insights to business partners.
</li><li>Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries driving legacy reports across Power BI/SSRS, Data Processes, and end-user exports.</li><li>
Develop/Enhance Power BI and Microsoft SSRS reports off existing semantic models.
</li><li>Maintain reporting and documentation standards.
</li></ul>Skills We Are Seeking::
<div><b>
Education &amp; Expereince:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business or data analytics related field</li><li>
2+ years of working experience with reading/writing SQL for the preparation of report development and analytics.</li><li>
Experience developing within SSRS, PowerBI, or other visualization tools.
</li><li>Solid understanding of relational databases and table design.
</li><li>Experience with large databases (1TB+) and optimizing code.
</li><li>Sense of curiosity with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>
Strong influencing and communication skills</li><li>
Polished written and verbal communication</li><li>
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload and communicate timing and challenges</li><li>
Desire to &ldquo;roll up your sleeves&rdquo;, disaggregate complex problems and simplify into executable solutions</li><li>
A track record of following through with commitments independently, with minimal supervision, while maintaining multiple priorities, in a fluid and growing organization.
</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel</li></ul><div><b>
