Position Overview:

The Key Account Manager plays an integral role in our sales organization by developing relationships with important customers in order to grow new business within these accounts.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Manage a book of business consisting of existing SiteOne accounts. The book of business will typically range from 40 to 60 accounts (min. $3 million total)</li><li>

This is an exciting new opportunity to work in our new SiteOne operated Distribution Center, based in Pleasant Prairie, WI! The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory. This role is responsible for a combination of equipment operations (30-90% depending on production peak times) but will also require material handling and loading/unloading duties.</div><div><br>

Position Overview:

The Bilingual Account Executive is a hands-on sales position responsible for managing a group of key customers, commonly referred to as a book of business. The Account Executive grows their book of business through relationship-building, consultative, and solutions selling, and prospects for new customers to develop.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What you'll do:</b></div><ul><li>
Manage sales and operations for high volume key customer accounts including daily orders, bids, and deliveries</li><li>
Proactively sell and service key accounts by identifying customer needs</li><li>
Make presentations to customers as needed</li><li>
Build customer profiles</li><li>
Process bids and quotes</li><li>
Execute and complete sales orders</li><li>
Coordinate logistics of delivery and acceptance of customer orders</li><li>
Maintain productive relationships with other key players in the branch</li><li>
Leverage CRM tools to manage account activity, track opportunities, document customer interactions, and report on pipeline and performance</li></ul>
Skills We Are Seeking::
<ul><li>2-3 years of selling experience preferred. Selling experience in the landscape/nursery/horticultural industry a plus!</li><li>
Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers</li><li>
Ability to effectively leverage CRM tools to organize accounts, manage opportunities, and drive consistent sales execution</li><li>
Bilingual Proficiency - candidates who are conversational in English/Spanish are preferred.</li><li>
Ability to think quickly and act with a sense of urgency</li><li>
Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience preferred</li><li>
