Position Overview:

The Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in and around the distribution center. This role supports both interior and exterior facility care, including sanitation tasks, light maintenance, and seasonal snow/ice removal. The Sanitation Associate plays a key part in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for associates, visitors, and vendors.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What you&rsquo;ll do:</b></div><ul><li>
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, breakroom, restrooms, conference room, offices, and other common areas</li><li>
Remove refuse and cardboard from offices and building daily; dispose of shrink wrap and other debris properly</li><li>
Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment as needed</li><li>
Support exterior upkeep, including removal of snow and ice, sweeping walkways, and keeping entryways clear and safe</li><li>
Assist with light facilities maintenance (e.g., trash removal, minor repairs, landscaping support)</li><li>
Safely handle cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment according to OSHA regulations, housekeeping requirements, and SiteOne quality standards</li><li>
Partner with operations and facilities teams to ensure sanitation and safety standards are met</li><li>
Other general duties as assigned</li></ul>
Skills We Are Seeking::
<ul><li>0&ndash;6 months of general warehouse or sanitation experience (preferred, not required)</li><li>
Comfort using cleaning equipment and basic tools (e.g., floor scrubbers, snow blowers, hand tools)</li><li>
Forklift experience a plus</li><li>
Must be willing to complete forklift training within the first 30 days of employment; certification on multiple pieces of equipment is rewarded with additional pay.</li><li>
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative</li><li>
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet (standing/walking) for up to 90% of the shift</li><li>

Position Overview:

As a part of our dedicated team, CDL Drivers will be operating a SiteOne vehicle to deliver world-class service and landscape, nursery, forestry, and irrigation products to our customers. CDL Drivers are also responsible for loading and unloading trucks in addition to working with teammates to ensure the branch is operating successfully. This position will include the use of in-vehicle dash cameras to ensure the safety of SiteOne drivers, workforce, and the general public. In-vehicle dash cameras are designed to enhance job performance, driver and public safety, and provide assistance in critical situations.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What you&rsquo;ll do:</b></div><ul><li>
Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state and federal transportation regulations</li><li>
Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers</li><li>
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers</li><li>
Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person or over the phone</li><li>
Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery</li><li>
Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance</li><li>
Assist with other branch responsibilities as needed</li><li>
Do no obstruct or interfere with in-vehicle dash cameras, which must remain on during working time. Cameras may be turned off during off-duty time.</li><li>
Adhere to all SiteOne safety and security protocols, including but not limited to required use of in-vehicle dash cameras.</li></ul>
Skills We Are Seeking::
<ul><li>Valid Class A CDL license</li><li>
Experience operating a Manual shift may be preferred</li><li>
Experience operating a Moffett or other truck-mounted forklift may be preferred</li><li>
Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records</li><li>
Ability to perform physical requirements such as bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head on a daily basis</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50lbs</li><li>
Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>
