 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 The Business Analyst (BA) serves as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. The primary role is to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring that the needs of all stakeholders are effectively captured. The BA works closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery, optimizing business processes, and improving operational efficiency.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Engage with stakeholders (clients, business users, subject matter experts) to understand and document their needs and expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and provide effective solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that define business problems, opportunities, and solutions, outlining the scope and objectives of the project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate communication and understanding of requirements.
 </li>

 Propose business solutions based on the gathered requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

 Assist in creating test cases and provide support during the validation process to ensure the solution meets business requirements.

 Role Requirements

 Qualifications and Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of requirement documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Confluence).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Monday.com.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of testing tools like HP ALM, TestRail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience working on projects for government entities in Saudi Arabia

 Mid-Level Back-End Python Engineer

You will collaborate closely with senior engineers, DevOps, frontend, and product teams to ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of our solutions.

 Key Responsibilities

 Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable and secure back-end systems using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.

 Build and integrate RESTful APIs that connect internal and third-party services.

 Work with databases such as MongoDB and MySQL, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

 Qualifications

 3&ndash;5 years of experience in back-end development with a focus on Python and the Django ecosystem.

 <li>
 Hands-on experience building and maintaining APIs using Django REST Framework.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of microservices, containerization, and cloud-native principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes deployments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid database experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ) and task queues (Celery) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of authentication protocols and identity management tools (Keycloak, OpenID, SAML2).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Linux environments and shell scripting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
