 We are seeking a
 
 Senior Product Manager
 
 to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of high-impact digital products across multiple markets. As a key member of our product team, you will work at the intersection of business needs, user experience, and technology &mdash; driving products from concept to launch and ensuring continuous improvement post-release.
 
 
 This role requires a strategic thinker, a data-driven decision maker, and a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and client stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Sitech&rsquo;s business goals and client objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, research, and requirements gathering to development, launch, and optimization.

 Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user insights to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements and feature specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize features and initiatives using data, business impact, and stakeholder feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate product updates, progress, and risks to leadership and key stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, A/B testing, performance analytics, and feedback loops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor junior product team members and support best practices across the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the voice of the user, ensuring usability, accessibility, and experience excellence.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably in digital product development or tech environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience owning product strategy and leading cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles, agile methodologies, and modern software development processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to drive decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with client-facing roles or agency/consultancy models is a strong plus.

 Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade APIs using C# / .NET 9.

 <li>
 Build and optimize microservices architectures leveraging Aspire .NET.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure solutions comply with security, compliance, and performance standards.

 Participate in software architecture design, code reviews, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement secure integrations while maintaining high availability and scalability for government-level systems.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and DevOps engineers.

 Required Qualifications

 5+ years of professional experience in C# / .NET API development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of REST API design, Entity Framework Core, and relational databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of secure coding practices, identity management, and API security standards (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Nice to Have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Exposure to AI-powered development, including AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, ML.NET, or other AI/ML frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience working on government or highly regulated sector projects.
 </li>
