You will oversee critical aspects of customer projects including registering and badging all construction personnel, enforcing badging compliance at gates, documenting site visitors and deliveries, and managing parking logistics.</p><p>

About the Role</b></p><p>
As <b>Access Control Officer I</b> you will be a critical member of our on-the-ground team, ensuring smooth operations and workflows on customer construction sites.</p><p>
Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for worker registration and badging; ensuring the credentials of all workers entering the site; management of parking, visitors, and deliveries; and documentation and other support related to those areas, tech troubleshooting, and other responsibilities as needed.</p><p>
Overall, the role demands constant professionalism, detail orientation, a proactive approach, and a willingness to jump in to regularly go beyond your responsibilities to ensure the best-possible customer experience, with focus on maximizing the safety, security, and overall success of their construction sites.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>
This position works directly with senior leadership and across the entire organization. This position requires in-person work at one or more Sitemetric jobsites in the local area. Travel throughout the United States may be required.</p><p>
Core responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><i>
Worker Registration &amp; Badging:</i> Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site. Work closely with the customer and Sitemetric team to understand and uphold site security requirements.</li><li><i>
Badging Compliance: </i>Ensure that all personnel entering the site have their badges and are properly scanned in to verify their identity and maintain accurate worker headcount records for customers.</li><li><i>
Parking Management: </i>Provide parking passes to appropriate personnel and monitor parking pass compliance across designated parking areas.</li><li><i>
Visitor &amp; Delivery Management: </i>Document all visitors entering and leaving the site and receive all deliveries, creating written documentation of the same for the customer.</li><li><i>
Customer &amp; Worker Support: </i>Provide support in all areas of access control including worker registration and badging, tech troubleshooting, visitor and delivery logs, and parking management.</li><li><i>
Ad hoc responsibilities:</i> Assist with ad-hoc access control responsibilities to support our customers for one-time and ongoing access control needs.</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring maintenance of professionalism while dealing with ongoing pressure and complexity starting early in the day and often extending into later hours&mdash;such as in healthcare, hospitality, fast-food/quick-serve, military, and other fields</li><li>
Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues</li><li>
Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities in dynamic work environment</li><li>
Current VALID Driver's License required</li><li>
This position requires a background check and drug screen</li></ul><p><b>
PREFERRED</b></p><ul><li>
1+ years of on-the-ground construction or industrial experience</li><li>
Active pursuit of education through college or trade school</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)</li><li>
Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges within and outside assigned responsibilities</li><li>
Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and Sitemetric team members</li></ul><p><b>

Additional Information</b></p><p>
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and jobsite upon which work is being performed, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience.</p><p><b>

Job Description</b></p><p>
As <b>Site Logistics Leader, Site Operations</b>, you will lead and facilitate all onsite and customer workflows to continually deliver exceptional customer value and experience. That will mean ensuring constant alignment with explicit and implicit expectations across all stakeholders, including owners, contractors, and workers, to meet exceptionally high standards for construction safety, security, quality, and success.</p><p>
Your responsibilities include leading and cultivating relationships with stakeholders and delivering the highest-quality service across construction environments that are continually changing, dynamic, and uncertain. This requires an obsessive commitment to understanding customers' values, immediate and evolving needs, and preferences, to enable them to maximize success on each project and across their broader project portfolio and enterprise.</p><p>

Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>
This position works directly with senior Sitemetric leadership (Operations, Customer Experience, Business Development, Brand, and others), and across the entire organization. Core responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><i>
Service Delivery:</i> Oversee how all Sitemetric services are deployed and executed at the project and enterprise levels, to ensure that we always deliver the highest levels of customer value and experience and constantly improve on these. Dynamically interact with all customer types, from executive teams within Owners and General Contractors, to Subcontractors and individual Workers on the ground. Expertly understand, shape, and communicate priorities to all onsite staff, to meet objectives related to project safety, security, quality, and overall success (including as related to budget and timeline).</li><li><i>
Customer Success: </i>Work closely with customers to proactively anticipate and resolve any challenges they may face at the project or enterprise level in utilizing Sitemetric services. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all teams and maintain the highest safety standards onsite.</li><li><i>
Collaborative Innovation. </i>Work closely with customers and Sitemetric colleagues to understand customers&rsquo; existing, emerging, and evolving problems and how to expand/build Sitemetric services to solve these in a scalable way to increase customer value and experience. Represent our mission and core values by approaching every innovation challenge with speed, industriousness, and the desire to create positive, enduring change.</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><p>
REQUIRED</p><ul><li>
Proven ability to lead successful project teams, develop employees, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and others).</li><li>
Creative, results-oriented, responsive, and operates with a strong sense of urgency.</li><li>
Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to excel both independently and in a team environment.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate complex business issues and propose resolutions in a clear, concise manner.</li><li>
Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges within and outside of operations, using domain knowledge and communication/interpersonal skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.</li><li>
Innate drive to go beyond building buildings, to building an <i>industry</i>.</li></ul><p>
PREFERRED</p><ul><li>
Clearly demonstrable past experience as a high-performing leader in commercial construction at an ENR Top 400 General Contractor.</li><li>
Experience leading and advocating for the use of technology to improve the safety, security, and success of each construction project.</li><li>
Experience leading internal efforts to discover, prototype, deploy, or invest in field technology at an ENR Top 400 General Contractor.</li></ul><p><b>
