Sitter Scout is seeking experienced childcare providers to join our Back-up Childcare team!As an agency partner of Bright Horizons, we provide in-home childcare services to clientele in the greater San Francisco Bay area.Pay is $21.00 - $27.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn bonuses.Successful candidates will have the following:<ul><li>Be 18 years of age or older.</li><li>Able to work a minimum of 3 WEEKDAYS (M-F) and be able to work during standard work hours (7am-7 pm).</li><li>Ability to work on short notice.</li><li>Able to provide a minimum of three (3) childcare references.</li><li>Have a minimum of 6 months with consistent availability.</li><li>Have a car and be willing to commute to jobs (gas reimbursement will be provided for anything in excess of 40 miles roundtrip up to a 100 mile maximum).</li><li>Willing to work in households with pets (not a deal breaker &ndash; exceptions can be made).</li><li>Be proactive, reliable dependable and organized.</li><li>Have 2 or more years of childcare experience (to include caring for newborns and infants).</li><li>Have a Highschool degree</li><li>Current Frist Aid Training, CPR Training or be willing to become First Aid and CPR certified.</li><li>Successfully complete a comprehensive background search.</li></ul>Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):<ul><li>Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.</li><li>Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.</li></ul>If interested, please apply here on Indeed and answer all the pre-interview questions.We look forward to seeing your application!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have an insured and reliable car?</li><li>Do you have experience working with newborns/infants?
