As a trusted Bright Horizons agency partner, we provide in-home childcare for families across the Greater Phoenix area.Compensation: $19&ndash;$23 per hour, plus opportunities for bonuses.What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Must be 18 years or older.</li><li>Availability for at least 3 weekdays (M&ndash;F) during typical work hours (7:00am&ndash;7:00pm).</li><li>Flexible and comfortable accepting assignments on short notice.</li><li>At least 6 months of consistent availability.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of hands-on childcare experience, including caring for newborns and infants.</li><li>Able to provide at least 3 childcare references.</li><li>Reliable transportation required; mileage reimbursement offered for travel beyond 40 miles roundtrip (up to 100 miles max).</li><li>Willingness to work in homes with pets (exceptions can be discussed if needed).</li><li>Proactive, dependable, and well-organized personality.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain certification).</li><li>Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check.</li></ul>How to Apply: Submit your application through Indeed and complete all pre-interview questions. Phoenix Area Experienced Baby Sitters Needed
