<div>Overview
We&rsquo;re building a dedicated marketing team for a major sports-based attraction. This role is a full-time position within our company, embedded day-to-day with one client and fully focused on launching and growing their business.
This is not a traditional agency role. You will operate as an extension of the client&rsquo;s internal team, with real ownership over strategy, creative, and performance.
The Opportunity
You&rsquo;ll help launch a new sports attraction and shape how it shows up in the world from day one. This includes initial launch, ongoing operations, and future expansions including touring experiences and additional installations. 
Requirements 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Own
You will lead the digital presence and creative output from the ground up, helping bring a new sports experience to market and scale its audience over time.<ul><li>
Own and drive the full social and digital ecosystem, from strategy through execution</li><li>
Lead creative direction across platforms, translating brand guidelines into content that actually connects with fans</li><li>
Build and manage content calendars tied to key moments, launches, and cultural opportunities</li><li>
Launch and scale channels from zero, with a focus on audience growth, engagement, and ticket sales</li><li>
Analyze performance across platforms and adjust quickly based on what&rsquo;s working</li><li>
Lead major campaign rollouts from concept through execution, ensuring consistency and quality</li><li>
Direct and elevate creative output from designers, editors, and external partners</li><li>
Partner on influencer and creator strategies that feel authentic to the brand and audience</li><li>
Stay on top of platform shifts, trends, and fan behavior, and bring forward ideas proactively</li><li>
Be present for key moments, including launches, events, and cultural spikes that matter</li></ul>

A strong point of view on what actually resonates with fans and drives action</li><li>
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, from big ideas to daily execution</li><li>
Comfortable building from scratch and working in an evolving, fast-moving environment</li><li>
Strong collaborator who can build trust quickly with clients and partners</li><li>
Someone who takes ownership and moves without waiting to be told</li></ul>
