Responsibilities:
<div><b>
You will be responsible for the following:</b></div><ul><li>
Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile.</li><li>
Ensure patients are well informed and comfortable - before, during, and after their appointment - about their treatment and oral health.</li><li>
Take and process dental radiographs, impressions and intraoral photos.</li><li>
Prepares and sterilizes treatment room and equipment.</li><li>
Provide chair-side assistance to Providers during treatment procedures.</li><li>
Document dental care services by charting in patients&rsquo; records.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div><b>
You will be required to possess the following:</b></div><ul><li>
Six (6) or more months of practical experience as a dental assistant.</li><li>
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.</li><li>
Completion of a CODA-accredited dental assisting program (Preferred).</li><li>
Quick learner with problem solving skills</li><li>
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality</li><li>
Technical and troubleshooting skills for software applications used for charting, patient records,<br>
scheduling, etc.</li><li>
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth.</li><li>
Be organized and possess a superior knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.</li></ul></div>
