<ul><li>Oversee daily accounting operations including ledger, AP/AR, and reconciliation.</li><li>Finalize accounts, prepare P&amp;L, balance sheet, and MIS reports.</li><li>Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors (internal &amp; statutory) for smooth audits.</li><li>Manage company&rsquo;s relationships with banks and financial institutions.</li><li>Handle working capital, cash flow planning, and fund management.</li><li>Negotiate and process bank facilities such as packing credit, export finance, term loans, and OD limits.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of stock statements, CMA data, and other banking reports.</li><li>Guide and train the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Educational: MBA (Finance) / M.Com with strong finance background.</li><li>Experience: 7&ndash;12 years in finance &amp; accounts, preferably in textile/garment/manufacturing/export sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge of banking operations, export financing, LC, bill discounting, and fund management.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho Books and MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to work closely with top management and external stakeholders.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to lead the finance &amp; accounts function in a fast-growing textile company.</li><li>Exposure to international banking, exports, and expansion projects.</li><li>Competitive salary with growth prospects based on performance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personSpeak with the employer +91 9443046966
