Job Description 
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for accurately estimating project costs, analysing tender documents, preparing and issuing payment certificates, and measuring and valuing changes and variations on a construction project. Key responsibilities include cost estimation, variation preparation, quantity surveying, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.<ul><li>
Cost Estimation:<ul><li>
Analyse tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.</li><li>
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and overheads.</li><li>
Utilize historical cost data, market rates, and industry benchmarks for accuracy.</li><li>
Identify project risks and contingencies, evaluating alternative methods to optimize costs.</li></ul></li><li>
Variation Pricing:<ul><li>
Collaborate with the technical team on construction methodologies and schedules.</li><li>
Provide input on value engineering solutions for cost-effectiveness.</li><li>
Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for competitiveness and accuracy.</li><li>
Prepare variation documents, ensuring compliance with any contractual requirements.</li><li>
Price new items and develop star rates.</li></ul></li><li>
Quantity Surveying:<ul><li>
Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and specs.</li><li>
Monitor project costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying savings and other opportunities.</li><li>
Prepare payment certificates and identify risks of over-payment.</li><li>
Collaborate with project teams to resolve cost-related issues.</li><li>
Manage back charge accounts and ensure recovery of costs from responsible parties.</li></ul></li><li>
Stakeholder Collaboration:<ul><li>
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.</li><li>

Job Description 
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Engineer with strong expertise in design, coordination, BMS integration, and technical office support to join our in-house MEP division.
The role involves managing HVAC system designs, coordinating with consultants and clients, reviewing subcontractor submissions, and supporting procurement and commissioning activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data centers, airports, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects, as well as commercial and residential developments. They must ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, UAE authority requirements, and sustainability frameworks such as LEED and Estidama. Job Description 
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ELV Design Engineer to lead the design, coordination, installation oversight, and commissioning of all ELV systems for large-scale, high-complexity projects across the UAE.
This includes systems such as fire alarm, telecom, ICT, access control, CCTV, BMS, lighting control, structured cabling, data centers, AI-enabled technologies, audio-visual, control rooms, servers, redundancy and service availability, clock systems, IPTV, and other ELV solutions.
The role requires hands-on experience with UAE authority requirements, multi-discipline coordination, value engineering, and leading technical teams to ensure full system functionality, reliability, and compliance with international standards. Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:<ul><li>
Design &amp; Engineering<ul><li>
Lead detailed design of all ELV systems in compliance with UAE authority regulations (DM, DEWA, ADDC, Civil Defence, Etisalat, du, MCC, SIRA, etc.) and international standards (NFPA, ISO, IEC, BICSI, ASHRAE for controls).</li><li>
Prepare schematics, layouts, single-line diagrams, interconnection diagrams, point schedules, and rack layouts for all ELV systems.</li><li>
Develop design packages for mission-critical systems such as data centers, control rooms, server rooms, and AI-integrated infrastructure.</li><li>
Supervise and mentor junior engineers in producing shop drawings, cable schedules, and integration diagrams.</li><li>
Conduct design reviews, value engineering exercises, and constructability assessments to optimize system performance, redundancy, and operational efficiency.</li><li>
Integrate BMS, lighting control, access control, fire alarm, ICT, CCTV, and AV systems into a fully coordinated design with other MEP disciplines.</li><li>

Verify integration of critical systems (data center racks, control rooms, redundant power, HVAC monitoring via BMS, telecom &amp; ICT networks).</li><li>

Installation Oversight &amp; Technical Office Support<ul><li>

5&ndash;8 years of comprehensive ELV design, coordination, installation, and commissioning experience in UAE mega projects.</li><li>
Extensive knowledge of ELV systems: fire alarm, access control, CCTV, BMS, lighting control, structured cabling, ICT, data centers, AI technologies, AV systems, control rooms, servers, redundancy, IPTV, clock systems, and other ELV technologies.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with mission-critical and high-availability systems, including redundant networks, server rooms, and control centers.</li><li>
Strong understanding of UAE authority requirements, NFPA, ISO, IEC, BICSI, LEED, Estidama, and other sustainability standards.</li><li>
