Job Description 
Job Purpose
The Design Manager is responsible for leading and managing all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) design activities throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development and detailed design through construction support, commissioning, and handover. The role ensures that all design deliverables comply with client requirements, project objectives, regulatory requirements, and data center industry standards while maintaining alignment with project schedule, budget, quality, and constructability objectives.
The Design Manager acts as the primary technical interface between the Client, consultants, authorities, and project teams, ensuring seamless integration between design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership &amp; Coordination<ul><li>
Lead and manage all Civil, Structural, and Architectural design activities across the Data Center Campus.</li><li>
Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, specialist contractors, and design stakeholders.</li><li>
Establish and maintain effective design management processes, governance, and reporting structures.</li><li>
Ensure alignment between design objectives, project requirements, and construction strategies.</li></ul>
Design Management<ul><li>
Manage the preparation, review, and approval of design deliverables, including drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, BIM models, and technical submissions.</li><li>
Ensure all design deliverables comply with client requirements, applicable regulations, international standards, and data center-specific requirements.</li><li>
Monitor design progress and ensure timely delivery of key milestones in accordance with the project schedule.</li><li>
Manage design interfaces across CSA, MEP, fa&ccedil;ade, ICT, security, and specialist systems.</li></ul>
Technical Excellence &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>
Lead value engineering workshops, constructability reviews, and technical optimisation initiatives.</li><li>
Identify, assess, and mitigate design and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>
Ensure technical consistency and integration across all disciplines.</li><li>
Support the development of innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions while maintaining project performance requirements.</li></ul>
Design Integration &amp; Project Delivery<ul><li>
Coordinate closely with Procurement, Construction, Commercial, Planning, and Commissioning teams to ensure effective design integration.</li><li>
Support procurement activities through technical evaluations, package reviews, and vendor coordination.</li><li>
Ensure alignment between design deliverables, procurement strategies, and construction sequencing.</li><li>
Manage design changes throughout the project lifecycle and maintain design integrity through delivery and handover.</li></ul>
Stakeholder Management<ul><li>
Act as the primary technical interface with the Client, consultants, authorities, utility providers, and other project stakeholders.</li><li>
Lead technical workshops, design reviews, and coordination meetings.</li><li>
Present design solutions, technical recommendations, and project updates to senior stakeholders.</li><li>
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project functions.</li></ul>
Team Leadership<ul><li>
Lead, mentor, and develop design management and engineering teams.</li><li>
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Support resource planning and capability development within the project design team.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Civil, Structural, and Architectural design management within EPC, Design &amp; Build, or major construction environments.</li><li>
Proven experience delivering large-scale data center, hyperscale data center, mission-critical, industrial, or complex infrastructure projects.</li><li>
Strong expertise in multidisciplinary design coordination across CSA, MEP, fa&ccedil;ade, ICT, security, and specialist systems.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience managing design consultants, subconsultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.</li><li>
Extensive experience in constructability reviews, technical optimisation, and design-to-construction integration.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of international design standards, local authority requirements, permitting processes, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Experience working within fast-track project environments and coordinating design, procurement, and construction programmes.</li><li>
Proficiency in BIM methodologies, digital design coordination platforms, and information management systems.</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>

The Project Controls Engineer will support Project Controls Manager in establishing, maintaining and developing project control systems. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated UAE National Junior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of our flagship projects in Dubai. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a young engineering professional to gain hands-on experience in geotechnical design, soil and rock analysis, field investigations, and site coordination within a leading multinational organization. The Junior Geotechnical Engineer will play an important role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and code-compliant foundation and ground engineering solutions across complex developments that contribute to the UAE&rsquo;s growing infrastructure and urban landscape.
Key responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform geotechnical design for foundations, retaining structures, and slope stability, using both hand calculations and geotechnical software under supervision of Senior Engineers</li><li>
Perform analysis of geotechnical data and interpretation of soil and rock parameters.</li><li>
Participate in supervision of field and laboratory works to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.</li><li>

The Process Manager is responsible for leading the process design, coordination, and technical delivery of water, wastewater, and solid waste treatment projects. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from design development through testing and commissioning, ensuring that process solutions are safe, efficient, compliant, and aligned with project cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
The Process Manager acts as the main process lead across multidisciplinary teams, managing internal coordination, external designers, consultants, suppliers, and key technical interfaces. This role supports the Project Manager / Technical Manager in driving project performance, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring successful delivery of treatment facilities.
What You&rsquo;ll Drive
Lead and manage the process design and technical delivery of water, wastewater, and solid waste treatment projects.
Oversee process-related activities across the full project lifecycle, including concept design, detailed design, procurement support, construction support, testing, commissioning, and performance validation.
Manage and coordinate external designers, consultants, technology providers, and suppliers to ensure technical alignment with project objectives.
Review and validate process calculations, design criteria, process flow diagrams, mass balance, equipment selection, and technical submissions.
Ensure process designs meet safety, performance, quality, budget, schedule, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Provide accurate and timely process inputs to civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls teams to support coordinated project delivery.
Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, value engineering, and problem-solving related to process performance and project delivery.
Support procurement teams with technical evaluation of suppliers, packages, and specialist subcontractors.
Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance guarantee activities.
Ensure compliance with local standards, environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and industry best practices.
Act as the key process interface with clients, consultants, authorities, suppliers, and internal project teams. 
Qualifications

Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline, ideally with specialization in water and/or wastewater treatment.
Strong experience in process design and delivery of water, wastewater, and/or solid waste treatment projects.
Previous experience in a Process Manager, Lead Process Engineer, Senior Process Engineer, or similar technical leadership role.
Good understanding of treatment technologies, process equipment, commissioning requirements, and performance testing.
Experience managing multidisciplinary interfaces and coordinating external designers, consultants, suppliers, and specialist subcontractors.
Strong knowledge of local standards, regulations, permitting requirements, and industry best practices related to water and wastewater treatment.
Ability to review technical documents, identify risks, challenge designs, and propose practical solutions.
Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Experience in the GCC / regional market is preferred.
