Position: Executive &ndash; Purchase / Engineer &ndash; PurchaseQualification: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (from a government-recognized institute)Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or auto ancillary environmentSalary: Rs. 30,000 to 35,000 ctc per monthKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Uphold and enforce the company&rsquo;s purchasing policy, ensuring compliance across all procurement activities.</li><li>Collaborate closely with various departments, including Accounting, Manufacturing, and Stock, to streamline procurement operations.</li><li>Oversee sourcing, negotiation, and procurement activities, both domestic and international, while managing budgeting, costing, and cost-saving initiatives.</li><li>Manage import documentation, including RFQs, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bill of Lading, Bill of Entry, Customs Clearance, and Freight Forwarding.</li><li>Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and ERP/SAP systems.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance based on criteria such as quality standards, delivery timelines, and pricing to ensure alignment with organizational goals and expectations.</li></ul>Preferred Skills and Experience:<ul><li>Additional experience in handling import procedures for procurement of raw materials, machinery spares, tooling, and capital items will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
