The candidate should possess a B.Ed qualification along with previous teaching or internship experience. This position involves managing academic activities, developing learning resources, and ensuring quality teaching across all grades.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create, evaluate, and enhance lesson plans and worksheets based on curriculum goals.</li><li>Act as a bridge between teachers, academic experts, and school management for smooth academic operations.</li><li>Monitor syllabus completion and uphold academic excellence.</li><li>Support and mentor teachers in effective lesson delivery and classroom strategies.</li><li>Conduct classroom visits and provide helpful feedback to promote continuous improvement.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
