 We are seeking experienced professionals as IT HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team as a core member, responsible for defining and executing the people strategy that supports the organization&rsquo;s IT team. As a trusted advisor to shape the human capital agenda for IT team focusing on talent acquisition &amp; development, organizational design, culture building, and transformation. This position plays a critical role in strengthening the IT talent, driving performance excellence, and building a scalable talent pipeline to fuel long-term growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 IT Talent Acquisition Strategy
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute a centralized IT Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy aligned with growth, expansion, and succession goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive talent hiring in collaboration with IT leadership and vertical leads
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor key TA metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and institutionalize a structured campus hiring framework for Tier-I and Tier-II technical colleges
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish partnerships with recruitment vendors, search firms, and campus placement offices for sourcing efficiency
 </li>
 </ul>

 Talent Management, Training &amp; Performance Management:

 </ol>

 Build and implement IT Talent Management Framework
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive talent development programs through executive coaching, mentoring, and assessment centers
 </li>
 <li>
 Build IT Learning Strategy aligned with business goals with implementation of annual learning calendar for continuous upskilling
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive a performance-driven culture through a transparent and measurable performance management system
 </li>
 <li>
 Align all employee KRAs with business scorecards and Group objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Standardize goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals
 </li>
 <li>
 Link performance outcomes to rewards, recognition, and career growth
 </li>
 </ul>

 Conduct pulse surveys; convert insights into targeted action plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement employee recognition frameworks (monthly, quarterly, annual awards) linked to values and performance
 </li>

 Ensure healthy work culture with employee engagement programs involving employees and leadership participation
 </li>
 <li>
 Closely collaborate with other HR functions for all operational processes &mdash; onboarding, confirmation, transfers, separation, and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Create HR dashboards, MIS integrating manpower, attrition &amp; cost analytics
 </li>
 <li>
 Align payroll structure with company compensation philosophy, compliance, and cost parameters for IT function
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure 100% adherence to all applicable HR, labor, and employment laws
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain updated knowledge and documentation related to HR policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure HR policies are effectively implemented within IT and remain compliant with labor laws and internal standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's in human resources, or Business Administration
 </li>
 <li>
 8-10 years of relevant work experience in IT organization development as HR Business Partner
 </li>
 <li>
 A great listener with demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible, autonomous with good sense of team spirit, can do-attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in verbal and written English
 </li>
