Key Responsibilities: - Operate and control RMC plant equipment, including batching plants, conveyors, and mixers. - Monitor and regulate concrete production to ensure consistent and accurate batching according to project requirements. - Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with maintenance staff. - Maintain records of production output, material usage, and equipment maintenance. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling and storage of materials. - Collaborate with the quality control team to conduct regular testing of concrete mixes to verify strength, consistency, and quality compliance. - Coordinate with logistics personnel to schedule timely concrete deliveries to construction sites. - Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions. - Train and supervise plant staff to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the plant area and storage facilities.Qualifications &amp; Skills: - Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering - Experience: 3 to 7 years in quality control within the construction industry, preferably in an RMC plant environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
