Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in maintaining statutory registers, records, and company law documentation.</li><li>Help in preparation of board / general meeting notices, agendas, notes, and draft minutes.</li><li>Assist in preparation and filing of forms and returns with MCA and other regulators (ROC, etc.).</li><li>Support secretarial compliance under Companies Act 2013 and related corporate laws.</li><li>Assist in drafting resolutions, and updating registers.</li><li>Perform basic legal and compliance research and maintain compliance trackers.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the management for corporate governance work.</li></ul>Eligibility / qualifications:<ul><li>CS Executive passed / pursuing CS (as per ICSI training eligibility) with interest in corporate and securities law.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Companies Act , corporate governance, and ROC filings.</li><li>Good command over MS Office and written English drafting.</li><li>Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, FresherPay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 34 per weekWork Location: In person
