 Key Responsibilities :
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications, with an emphasis on data visualizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Obsess over the details of interaction, visual, and motion design to create a seamless user experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with product managers to understand and refine product requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work alongside engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs (pixel-perfect handoff).
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously gather and incorporate user feedbackboth qualitative and quantitativeto iterate on designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help define and maintain design standards and best practices.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with industry-standard design tools : Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in building wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of usability principles, visual design, and accessibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience designing complex dashboards or data visualization elements is a plus.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Nice To Have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Exposure to tools like Zeplin, InVision, Marvel, or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for better design-development collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
