We are in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the role of <b>Maintenance Manager</b>. This role will be based in Pune and will report to the Factory Manager, Automotive Pune.
 </p><p>The Maintenance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all factory assets&mdash;including equipment, utilities, and facilities. This position is responsible for driving Maintenance Excellence through the deployment of lean manufacturing tools and digitalisation initiatives, such as predictive maintenance, IoT integration, and MES. The Maintenance Manager will champion sustainability by implementing energy management systems, optimizing resource consumption, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.</p><br>
