The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of teaching experience and a strong foundation in accounting principles and Tally software.Position Overview: As a Tally Faculty, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training in accounting practices and Tally software. You will be responsible for guiding students through various key accounting topics, ensuring they gain a solid understanding and the ability to apply these concepts effectively in real-world scenarios.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Training Delivery</li><li>Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions that cover core accounting principles and the use of Tally software.</li><li>Teach key topics such as Manual Accounts, Journal Entries, Ledger Entries, Trial Balance, P&amp;L Sheets, Balance Sheets, and Advanced Excel for accounting purposes.</li><li>Provide comprehensive training on Tally Prime and GST processes, helping students gain practical, hands-on experience.</li><li>Skill Development</li><li>Support students in building and refining strong accounting skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for real-world applications.</li><li>Utilize practical demonstrations, case studies, and exercises to reinforce learning and improve retention.</li><li>Assessment and Feedback</li><li>Monitor student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and practical tasks.</li><li>Offer constructive and actionable feedback to support student growth and help them overcome challenges in mastering accounting concepts.</li><li>Student Support</li><li>Provide personalized, one-on-one guidance to students, addressing their individual learning needs.</li><li>Foster a positive, motivating classroom environment where students feel supported and inspired to achieve their goals.</li><li>Professional Development</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in accounting, Tally software, GST regulations, and Excel techniques.</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development to continually enhance your teaching methods and subject expertise.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Tally Faculty or in a similar accounting/training role.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong proficiency in accounting fundamentals (Manual Accounts, Journal Entries, Ledger Entries, Trial Balance, P&amp;L Sheets, and Balance Sheets).</li><li>Expertise in Tally Prime, GST, and Advanced Excel.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple, relatable manner.</li><li>Personal Attributes:</li><li>Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to help students succeed.</li><li>Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple learners and deliver effective training.</li></ul>Why Join Us?
