HR &amp; Operations &ndash; Senior Executive Role OverviewThe HR &amp; Operations &ndash; Senior Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, payroll administration, regional compliance across UAE and KSA, visa and immigration processes, and day-to-day operational support. The role requires strong hands-on execution, in-depth knowledge of regional labor laws, and effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth people and operational processes.Key Responsibilities HR Operations &amp; Payroll<ul><li>Manage and execute UAE and KSA payroll processing in compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements</li><li>Ensure accurate payroll calculations, salary disbursements, and payroll reconciliations</li><li>Maintain employee compensation records, payroll data, and confidential HR documentation</li><li>Coordinate with external payroll vendors, auditors, and consultants as required</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Statutory Management<ul><li>Ensure adherence to UAE and KSA labor laws, payroll compliance, and statutory regulations</li><li>Handle payroll-related taxation, statutory filings, and documentation</li><li>Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes in HR and payroll processes</li><li>Support audits and compliance reviews related to payroll and statutory requirements</li></ul>Visa &amp; Immigration Management<ul><li>Handle end-to-end UAE visa processing, including employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes</li><li>Coordinate with PROs, government portals, and authorities for visa-related activities</li><li>Support KSA visa processing and related documentation</li><li>Maintain accurate visa, immigration, and employee records</li></ul>Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Support HR and operations reporting for management</li><li>Assist in workforce planning, budgeting, and cost control activities</li><li>Coordinate with HR, Admin, Finance, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in UAE and KSA payroll operations and compliance</li><li>Proven experience in UAE visa and immigration processing</li><li>Working knowledge of KSA visa processes (good to have)</li><li>Strong understanding of regional labor laws and statutory regulations</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to handle confidential employee information with integrity</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Experience working in multi-country HR and payroll environments</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Proactive and solution-oriented approach to HR operations and compliance</li></ul>This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with regional exposure across UAE and KSA HR and operations.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>HR: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Dubai location : 2 years (Required)</li><li>HR Payroll: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
