Job Description:We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with hands-on experience in shooting and editing content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Podcasts. You will play a key role in shaping our digital content presence by producing high-quality, engaging videos that align with ourbrand voice and objectives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Shoot and edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, and podcast platforms.</li><li>Create engaging short-form content (Reels/Shorts) optimized for social media.</li><li>Edit long-form podcast episodes with clean audio, visual effects, and branding.</li><li>Collaborate with the content and marketing team to plan shoots and storyboards.</li><li>Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for audience engagement.</li><li>Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, and sound effects as needed.</li><li>Manage raw footage, organize project files, and maintain post-production workflow.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of professional experience in video editing and shooting.</li><li>Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Audition, or similar tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media video trends and formats.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li><li>Experience with podcast editing, audio balancing, and syncing video/audio.</li><li>Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.</li><li>Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and external mics.</li><li>Background in motion graphics or animation.</li><li>Familiarity with YouTube SEO, metadata, and thumbnail creation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
