Job Description: Executive Assistant to the CEOPosition: Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEOLocation: [Hyderabad]Experience: 2&ndash;5 Years (Freshers with strong skills may also be considered)Employment Type: Full-Time________________________________________Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and confidential Executive Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day operations, coordination, communication, and strategic tasks. The ideal candidate must be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.This role involves administrative duties, communication management, scheduling, business coordination, and assisting the CEO in executing organizational goals.________________________________________Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Manage the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.</li><li>Prioritize and handle requests, ensuring timely follow-ups.</li><li>Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.</li></ul>2. Communication &amp; Correspondence<ul><li>Draft emails, documents, proposals, and reports on behalf of the CEO.</li><li>Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.</li><li>Coordinate and communicate instructions to various teams.</li></ul>3. Meeting Management<ul><li>Schedule, prepare agendas, and take minutes for internal and external meetings.</li><li>Ensure all necessary documents, presentations, and data are ready before meetings.</li><li>Track action items and ensure timely completion.</li></ul>4. Administrative &amp; Operational Support<ul><li>Organize files, prepare MIS reports, and maintain documentation.</li><li>Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and basic office administration tasks.</li><li>Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments as required.</li></ul>5. Business &amp; Strategy Support<ul><li>Assist the CEO in business research, preparing presentations, and client proposals.</li><li>Support the CEO in project tracking, performance monitoring, and follow-ups.</li><li>Help in planning and execution of strategic initiatives and business goals.</li></ul>6. Client &amp; Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Communicate with clients for scheduling, updates, and follow-ups.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for events, travel arrangements, and administrative needs.</li><li>Represent the CEO professionally in meetings when required.</li></ul>7.
