We are looking for someone who understands how to deliver real results, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue through exceptional service, retail, and retention.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform high-quality, results-driven facial services customized to each client</li><li>Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, services, and product recommendations</li><li>Drive revenue through retail sales, service upgrades, and memberships</li><li>Maintain strong client retention through rebooking and follow-up</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and professional treatment room standards</li><li>Stay up to date on products, services, and industry trends</li><li>Support spa promotions, events, and overall team goals</li><li>Deliver a luxury-level client experience aligned with Skin Bar VII standards</li></ul>Required Experience:Candidates must have hands-on experience performing the following services:<ul><li>HydraFacial</li><li>VI Peel</li><li>Chemical Peels</li><li>Dermaplane Facials</li><li>Galvanic Facials</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Licensed Esthetician (State of Michigan required)</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years experience preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and ingredients</li><li>Proven ability to sell retail and recommend treatment plans</li><li>Professional appearance and strong communication skills</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Growth:<ul><li>Competitive pay (hourly + commission opportunities)</li><li>Retail and service-based incentives</li><li>Opportunities for continued education and advancement</li><li>Work within a fast-growing, luxury spa brand</li></ul>Important:This is a performance-based role.
