We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, achieve monthly revenue targets, drive new lead generation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the sales floor. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales performance, and the ability to motivate and manage a team toward consistent growth.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:1. Sales Target Achievement<ul><li>Drive the team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall revenue.</li><li>Track and analyze sales performance metrics regularly.</li></ul>2. Lead Generation &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Create, plan, and execute campaigns for new lead generation.</li><li>Build relationships with potential clients through calls, social media, events, and partnerships.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to convert marketing-qualified leads into sales.</li></ul>3. Floor Management &amp; Team Leadership<ul><li>Supervise daily operations of the sales floor to ensure smooth functioning.</li><li>Monitor team performance, provide training, and handle performance reviews.</li><li>Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive work environment among the team.</li></ul>4. Customer Relationship Management<ul><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly.</li><li>Maintain and update client databases (CRM) with accurate and current information.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing, operations, and service teams for seamless customer experience.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in [industry type, e.g., healthcare, retail, aesthetics, etc.].</li><li>Proven record of achieving sales targets.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.</li></ul>Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;450,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
