 The Aesthetic Medical Assistant - Support will act as liaison between front office and provider for ensuring timely and orderly client flow. This role will be responsible for back-office functions including client preparation, support of health care providers and clinic operations in a manager that promotes quality client care. The MA will report to the clinic manager, who will help determine provider support assignments to maximize clinic productivity. This role also includes assisting with rebooking and product sales to further enhance operational efficiency.
 
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Provide exceptional service to our clients and team

 Support our Aesthetic specialists with patient intake and treatment prep and pre and post care
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend monthly trainings and meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of medical grade skincare products and services
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with other duties as assigned
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel may be required to our other locations for training
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all charting and consents are completed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with social media content as directed by either clinic manager or provider
 </li>
 <li>
 Product sales
 </li>
 <li>
 Rebook appointments in the room

 Skills, Knowledge &amp; Expertise
 
 
 <ul>

 High School Diploma or GED
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous work experience as Medical Assistant
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ years of customer or sales experience required; experience in an aesthetic setting preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, peers and manager in a friendly and courteous manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with email and Word
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability to work evenings and weekends

 The Client Care Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support with the daily activities of a medical spa including telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, opening and closing transactions and client care.
 
 
 What You Will Do

 Candidate is required to work a combination of weekday, weekend and evening shifts, to include opening and closing shifts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have availability to support other Manhattan-area clinics as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide excellent client care and customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer and screen high volume of inbound phone calls
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage appointments (scheduling, moving and canceling appointments)
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively promote the clinic, treatments, services, products, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately complete client transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure, always keeping the clients a priority
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform opening and closing duties of the clinic
 </li>
 <li>
 Efficiently provide basic office administrative support tasks including but not limited to mailing, faxing, sorting, typing and filing
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management
 </li>
