Our goal is to deliver high-quality services while creating an elevated patient experience.Position Summary:We are seeking a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skincare, patient care, and delivering an exceptional treatment experience. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-growing clinical environment.ResponsibilitiesEsthetic Services:<ul><li>Perform skin analysis using AI imaging technology</li><li>Perform facials and skincare treatments (training provided as needed)</li><li>Perform Hydrafacial treatments (training provided as needed)</li><li>Educate patients on skincare routines and product recommendations</li><li>Assist with clinical photography and treatment documentation</li><li>Support customized skincare regimen development</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Active California Esthetician License (required)</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of esthetician experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and hospitality mindset</li><li>Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to multitask in a patient-focused environment</li><li>Dermatology or med spa experience preferred but not required &mdash; training provided for the right candidate</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation:<ul><li>Part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time</li><li>Competitive hourly rate based on experience</li><li>Employee discounts on treatments and skincare</li><li>Growth opportunity within expanding clinic</li></ul>How to Apply:Please email your resume and a short introduction to: admin@skinstrand.comWe look forward to meeting you!Job Type: Part-timePay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
