</ul></div><div><div>We are seeking a skilled, outgoing and passionate Esthetician to join the Medford Longevity Center team! The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to our clients while providing exceptional brow/lash services, waxing, customized mini facials, dermaplanning, chemical peels with the desire to be trained on our machines GLO2 facial as well as VENUS GLOW. With knowledge of dermalogica and ZO by obagi and more while being able to sell our experiences and products. As one of our Estheticians, you will be responsible for performing a variety of beauty treatments while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and customer service.<br>
</div><ul><li>Perform facials both hand and machines, dermaplaning, peels, body waxing and brow &amp; lash services including tinting and laminations.</li>
<li>Be able to sell themself and their services to potential medspa guests, hair salon guest as well as clients on social media.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide personalized recommendations.</li>
<li>Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics, including brows, korean skincare and other beauty services, to offer comprehensive care.</li>
<li>Be active on social media with their own professional handle as well as daily post, videos and before and after pictures of all clients.</li>
<li>Have atleast 10 clients even if they are family or friends to bring in within first 30 days</li>
</ul><div><b>Skills</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Proficient in various esthetic techniques including body waxing, brow artistry, massage techniques, dermaplaning, etc. Makeup services a plus but, not necessary.</li>
<li>Outgoing personality, loves to engage with new people and build relationships.</li>
<li>Strong ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean working environment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.</li>
<li>Familiarity with software e clinical for efficient appointment management or atleast eager to learn.</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience.</li>
