About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Russian-speaking sales professional to promote and sell MEGO Conference participation to doctors and medical professionals (OB-GYN, fertility, laparoscopy, women&rsquo;s health).The sales executive will contact pre-qualified leads provided by us, introduce the conference, share event details, and follow up via calls and messages to convert interest into registrationsLocation<ul><li>Remote / Freelance / Commission-based</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Contact assigned leads (doctors, clinics, hospitals, medical professionals) via phone, WhatsApp, email, or Telegram</li><li>Present MEGO Conference details clearly and professionally (details will be provided by us)</li><li>Explain benefits of attendance, CME value, speakers, and networking opportunities</li><li>Follow up with interested leads (all leads will be given by us) shared sheet</li><li>Maintain clear records of contacted leads and outcomes</li><li>Coordinate with our internal team for registration, invoicing, and confirmations</li><li>Submit daily or weekly lead status reports</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Fluent in Russian (spoken &amp; written) &ndash; mandatory</li><li>Good command of English for internal coordination</li><li>Strong follow-up skills and persuasion abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet targets</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: From AED3,000.00 per month
