Job Summary:We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, support corporate governance, and manage legal and secretarial responsibilities of the organization.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, and other applicable corporate laws</li><li>Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings</li><li>Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for Board, Committee, and General Meetings</li><li>Handle ROC filings, annual returns, and regulatory submissions</li><li>Support corporate governance and advisory functions to the Board</li><li>Manage legal documentation, agreements, and contracts in coordination with legal advisors</li><li>Liaise with auditors, regulators, legal authorities, and consultants</li><li>Ensure compliance with secretarial standards and corporate policies</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI member)</li><li>Strong knowledge of corporate law and compliance frameworks</li><li>Excellent documentation, drafting, and communication skills</li><li>High attention to detail and confidentiality</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and compliance tools</li><li>Ability to work independently and with senior leadership</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>company secretory: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
