 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into clean, effective visual designs. This role supports the full marketing department, creating assets for digital, print, retail, and packaging.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a solid understanding of brand systems, layout, and visual hierarchy. Motion design experience is a strong plus.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Brand &amp; Graphic Design
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design on-brand, high-impact assets for digital (ads, social, email), retail (POP, POGs endcaps, displays), and print (flyers, brochures, tradeshow signage)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 Support campaign concepts with visual systems and cohesive layouts
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Motion &amp; Digital Assets
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create motion graphics and animated assets for videos, social media, web, and presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and optimize short-form motion content for digital channels (video editing experience a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Design digital ads and website elements that align with campaign goals and specs
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Marketing &amp; Sales Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design sales enablement materials including one-pagers, presentations, and decks
 </li>
 <li>
 Create compelling visuals for retail activations, POP displays, and retail signage
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are visually aligned with brand objectives
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Project Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with clear organization and prioritization
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized file structures and version control for all assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate proactively with marketing leads to ensure clarity on deliverables and deadlines
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of professional design experience (CPG, retail, or agency preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and packaging work
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of motion design principles (transitions, keyframes, pacing, typography in motion)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of print production, dielines, and color management (CMYK/RGB)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice-to-Have Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with short-form video editing (Premiere Pro or similar)
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with presentation software (Canva)
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of layout design for packaging and POP environments
 </li>
 </ul>
