Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized professional to oversee payroll operations while supporting core HR functions for a dynamic hospitality team. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing for a large, diverse workforce, while also contributing to employee relations, compliance, and talent initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technical payroll expertise with a passion for people and culture, thriving in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.Key Responsibilities:Payroll Management:<ul><li>Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.</li><li>Maintain payroll records, manage deductions, and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Partner with Finance on reporting and audits.</li><li>HR Support Functions:</li><li>Assist with onboarding, benefits administration, and employee data management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Systems &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Utilize HRIS and payroll systems to streamline processes and maintain data integrity.</li><li>Generate reports for leadership on payroll, headcount, and labor costs.</li><li>Employee Relations &amp; Service:</li><li>Serve as a resource for payroll and benefits inquiries.</li><li>Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of payroll experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-unit environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of New York labor laws, payroll tax regulations, and compliance standards.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS and payroll platforms (ADP, Workday, or similar).</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to balance technical expertise with interpersonal communication.</li></ul>Why Join This Team?This is an opportunity to play a critical role in a globally recognized hospitality brand, ensuring seamless payroll operations while contributing to HR initiatives that shape a vibrant, people-first culture in one of the most iconic cities in the world.Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
