Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team and provide in-home ABA therapy services to children and families. This role offers flexible hours and an opportunity for increased pay based on performance and continued commitment.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</li><li>
Implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication, social, and daily living skills</li><li>
Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior</li><li>
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote generalization of skills</li><li>
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Active RBT certification (BACB)</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred</li><li>
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred</li><li>
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients&rsquo; homes</li><li>
Strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care</li></ul>
