What You'll Do:<ul>
<li>
Lead the build-out of SAC for financial reporting, ensuring alignment with Finance and consolidation needs.</li>
<li>Build, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud.
</li><li>Shape and deliver SAC reporting, dashboards and analysis that support core financial reporting, annual reports and regulatory returns</li>
<li>Connect SAC with SAP S/4HANA and other systems to ensure seamless data flow.</li>
<li>Utilize and adapt pre-delivered SAC business content packages to accelerate reporting delivery and align with best practices.</li>
<li>Ensure reports are efficient, scalable, and optimized for large datasets.</li>
<li>Work closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.</li>
<li>Comfortable managing the full lifecycle &mdash; requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.</li>
<li>Establish best practices, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and other software engineers.</li>
<li>Document data engineering processes, data flows, and system architectures clearly and comprehensively.</li>

<li>Act as a technical advisor and provide guidance to other teams and department.</li>
<li>Mentor and guide junior engineers on the team.</li>
<li>Contribute to hiring, on-boarding and training of new team members.</li>

Requirements
What You'll Bring:<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master Degree is a plus).</li>
<li>4-6 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) report development.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA data models and integration with SAC.</li>
<li>Proficiency in story building, dashboards, planning models, and advanced visualizations in SAC.</li>
<li>Experience in financial reporting and analytics.</li>
<li>Broader BI/Analytics experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions.</li>
