 Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Comply with the center&rsquo;s policies, procedures, quality improvement goals, safety standards, environmental regulations, and infection control protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct comprehensive rehabilitation and functional assessments for beneficiaries with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use standardized and non-standardized assessment tools to evaluate beneficiaries&rsquo; capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide individual therapy sessions for children and adolescents using appropriate therapeutic approaches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify beneficiaries&rsquo; needs, abilities, and potentials to develop appropriate treatment plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs aligned with the beneficiaries&rsquo; goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, including department supervisors, beneficiary services, and other specialists as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, in consultation with the direct supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare case reports for beneficiaries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cases should not be discharged without prior approval from the department head.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate beneficiaries&rsquo; families about occupational therapy rehabilitation, expected outcomes, and strategies for managing conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide emotional support and counseling to help beneficiaries and families cope with rehabilitation challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in planning and implementing future center development, including updating policies and procedures when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to the scope of practice and rehabilitation privileges as defined by center policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain professional relationships with beneficiaries and their families, as well as a collaborative work environment with staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strict confidentiality of all beneficiary and staff information, whether written, verbal, or shared on social media, unless prior written consent is obtained.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in accordance with organizational policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote a safe environment that enhances beneficiaries&rsquo; independence, quality of life, and wellbeing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare periodic reports during and after therapy sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide training and education for interns and specialists in occupational therapy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in organizing workshops and lectures for families, specialists, and community members regarding occupational therapy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications, Experience, Skills, And Competencies
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Applied Medical Sciences / Occupational Therapy Rehabilitation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid registration and classification with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience:
 
 3&ndash;6 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably with a strong background in
 
 pediatric rehabilitation
 
 .

 Strong communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in computer use.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced diagnostic and assessment skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal skills with beneficiaries and families.
 </li>
 <li>
 Initiative and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical and problem-solving skills, including handling complex cases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using modern rehabilitation devices and equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professionalism in client interactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
 </li>
