In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, helping them navigate course options, providing virtual program demonstrations, and guiding them through the admission process. You will manage the entire sales pipeline&mdash;from lead outreach to enrollment closure&mdash;while using CRM tools to track progress. If you are passionate about sales, counseling, and the education industry, this role is an excellent opportunity to build a performance-driven career.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate interest and convert leads into admissions.</li><li>Manage end-to-end follow-ups with prospects to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Deliver clear and engaging virtual product demonstrations to explain online degree offerings.</li><li>Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM software with accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Counsel and guide students throughout the admission process, addressing queries and recommending suitable universities.</li><li>Analyze student profiles and compare university options to finalize the best-fit program.</li><li>Ensure tasks are completed within defined deadlines, meeting both productivity and quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with the university team to improve conversion strategies and student experience.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Fresher or 1&ndash;2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Counseling, Academic Counseling, or Lead Conversion roles.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.</li><li>Strong selling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.</li><li>Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain student engagement.</li><li>Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking to understand student requirements and recommend best options.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive fixed salary: &#8377;18,000 &ndash; &#8377;28,000 (in hand) per month.</li><li>Attractive incentives up to &#8377;10,000 per month based on performance.</li><li>Opportunity to work in a fast-growing EdTech company with clear career advancement pathways.</li><li>In-depth training and skill development programs.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work culture in our Sector 63, Noida office.</li><li>Performance recognition, rewards, and team engagement activities.</li></ul>If you are enthusiastic about sales, passionate about education, and ready to grow your career in the EdTech industry, we would love to meet you!
