Sky Foods, a leading Chicken processing and frozen meat production Industry, is looking for a Marketing &amp; Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the meat or frozen meat industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and promoting Sky Foods&rsquo; range of frozen chicken products across the assigned regions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for frozen chicken and meat products.</li><li>Identify new customers, dealers, and distributors in retail, wholesale, and HORECA segments.</li><li>Regular field visits to collect orders and study customer requirements.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.</li><li>Coordinate with production, cold storage, and logistics teams for order execution.</li><li>Track competitor pricing, market movement, and demand trends in the frozen meat sector.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.</li><li>Handle customer grievances professionally and ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Manage sales documentation, payment follow-ups, and outstanding collections.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;4 years of sales/marketing experience specifically in meat or frozen meat industry (mandatory).</li><li>Strong understanding of frozen meat products, cold-chain operations, and customer needs.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.</li><li>Should be target-oriented with field marketing experience.</li><li>Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp reporting).</li></ul>Note:<ul><li>Immediate Joiners preferred.</li><li>Competitive Salary Package + Allowances</li></ul>Contact/ Share your CV: +91 63836 56272Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Frozen/Meat industry: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
