Sky High Events is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Graphic Designer &amp; Social Media Manager to help elevate our visual identity and digital footprint.This full-time role is a hybrid of creativity and marketing &mdash; approximately 60% design and 40% social media management.You&rsquo;ll craft premium event visuals and proposals while shaping the company&rsquo;s voice across digital platforms to attract leading corporate clients in the UAE.Design &amp; Branding (60%)<ul><li>Develop compelling visual concepts for corporate events, activations, and team-building experiences.</li><li>Design branded proposals, pitch decks, stage backdrops, decor mockups, and event layouts.</li><li>Refresh and maintain marketing materials &mdash; brochures, case studies, newsletters, and digital ads.</li><li>Ensure consistent, premium brand identity across all visual outputs.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the operations team to visualize event spaces and support pre-production planning.</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Marketing (40%)<ul><li>Create and manage a monthly content calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for a B2B audience.</li><li>Design and publish engaging posts, short videos, and event highlights that reflect Sky High&rsquo;s corporate creativity.</li><li>Monitor performance analytics to drive engagement, inquiries, and follower growth.</li><li>Support organic and paid campaigns aligned with seasonal event priorities.</li><li>Collaborate with management to ensure consistent tone and brand positioning across all channels.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in events, marketing, or experiential branding).</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).</li><li>Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth.</li><li>Understanding of corporate/B2B audiences and professional communication tone.</li><li>Excellent organization and multitasking skills with a proactive, ownership mindset.</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul><li>Familiarity with 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, Blender, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of video editing or animation tools (After Effects, CapCut, Canva Pro).</li><li>Experience with event photography or on-site content capture.</li></ul>Why Join Sky High Events<ul><li>Join a 15-year-old, well-established Dubai event brand with a strong corporate client base.</li><li>Work on premium, high-profile corporate projects that challenge and inspire creativity.</li><li>Shape the visual identity and digital storytelling of a respected event brand.</li><li>Enjoy a collaborative, flexible, and creative environment that values initiative and innovation.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Growth<ul><li>Salary: Starting AED 6,000 (depending on experience &amp; portfolio).</li><li>Performance Bonus: Based on lead generation impact and proposal conversion success.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Work: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
