SKY INFINIT is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the audio-visual technology space, including projectors, interactive touch screens, and conferencing solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills to help drive business growth across the corporate, education, and government sectors.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales &amp; Business Development:<ul><li>Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for AV solutions such as projectors, interactive displays, and conferencing systems.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in corporate, educational, and public sectors.</li><li>Conduct effective product presentations and live demonstrations tailored to client needs.</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li></ul>2. Market Research &amp; Strategic Planning:<ul><li>Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging client needs.</li><li>Develop and execute business development plans to increase market share and brand visibility.</li><li>Recommend improvements and insights based on data-driven market analysis.</li></ul>3. Client Relationship Management:<ul><li>Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.</li><li>Provide post-sales services including training, on boarding, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.</li></ul>4. Product Knowledge &amp; Consultation:<ul><li>Develop a strong understanding of AV and related IT solutions.</li><li>Provide expert consultation to clients on product capabilities and use cases.</li><li>Work closely with the technical team to deliver customised solutions aligned with client needs.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments including technical, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution and service delivery.</li><li>Represent SKY INFINIT at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills Required:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the AV or IT sector.</li><li>Solid understanding of audio-visual products such as projectors, touch screens, and conferencing systems.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
