 We&rsquo;re not looking for a basic content creator &mdash; we&rsquo;re looking for a social media powerhouse who lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok, and the NYC nightlife scene.&nbsp; We have a strong focus on House Music, so you must be able to do Reels &amp; Flyers that are similar to Brooklyn Mirage, Grey Area, Project 91, ETC. &nbsp; Based out of our Midtown office, you&rsquo;ll be the creative force behind our brand presence, driving the energy of our events into the feeds of thousands. If you&rsquo;ve got the skills to turn parties into viral moments, we want you on our team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Create scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos that capture the energy of NYC nightlife.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Skilled in Canva, with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop &amp; Illustrator for advanced design work.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, ensuring content stays fresh, engaging, and on-brand.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Edited and produced high-quality reels and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Design flyers, graphics, and animated promos that pop across all platforms.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep content relevant and innovative.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience with content scheduling and management tools like Later, Planoly, or Hootsuite.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Basic knowledge of video editing software like Premiere Pro or CapCut is a plus.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to adapt brand messaging to different audiences and platforms.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong storytelling skills to enhance brand identity through engaging content.
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 </li>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Proven experience creating viral content for Instagram &amp; TikTok (bonus if you&rsquo;ve worked with nightlife, fashion, or event brands).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong background in videography, photography, and editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Solid design chops in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience with Klaviyo (email marketing &amp; automation) is a big plus.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 A natural storyteller who can adapt brand voice to different platforms.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Comfortable running Meta ads (carousel, video, etc.).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong grasp of SEO for social media, hashtags, and growth hacks.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Obsessed with keeping content fresh, bold, and ahead of the trend.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment (aka: you can juggle multiple events and campaigns at once).
 
 </li>
