 <p><b>What You ll Be Doing:</b></p>
 <ul>
 <li>Performing rope access work on various high-rise buildings.</li>
 <li>Glass polishing, cleaning, and replacement</li>
 <li>Silicone repairs and fa ade maintenance</li>
 <li>Assisting with painting jobs for top-tier hotels and resorts</li>
 <li>Ensuring safety and quality on every task</li>
 <li>Perform rope access work safely and efficiently as per IRATA Level 1 standards.</li>
 <li>Assist in inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks on structures such as buildings, towers, bridges, and industrial facilities.</li>
 <li>Conduct basic rigging and rope access techniques under the guidance of senior technicians.</li>
 <li>Maintain equipment and ensure all gear is in proper working condition.</li>
 <li>Complete daily work reports and safety documentation.</li>
 <li>Follow company safety procedures and adhere to IRATA guidelines.</li>

 <p><b>Requirements What We re Looking For:</b></p>
 <ul>
 <li><b>IRATA Level 1 certification</b> (must be valid)</li>
 <li>Experience with rope access work, especially in high-rise environments</li>

 <li>Ability to learn fast and work under supervision</li>
 <li>Passion for precision and quality in everything you do</li>
 <li>UAE residency</li>
