<div><b>$19/HOUR + $1.50 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL</b></div><br>

<div></div><div><b>Duties</b></div>
<div></div><div>Responsible for Machine Operation to produce finished goods</div>
<div>Operate in their responsibility to maintain efficiency and quality.</div>
<div>Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using production equipment to ensure steady workflow.</div>
<div>Perform equipment adjustments</div>
<div>Mounting of cutting dies, print plates, and any other tooling required for each job.</div>
<div>Perform quality checks prior to each job assigned and during the production run.</div>
<div>Maintain documented checklist for quality checks, ink monitoring, and clean up.</div>
<div>Keep machine setup and run times at maximum efficiency.</div>
<div>Help troubleshoot any quality or machine issues as they occur.</div>
<div>Ensure that the equipment is properly maintained, notifying Maintenance and Supervisors of any issues that occur.</div>
<div>Perform daily and detailed weekly cleanup in accordance with the cleanup checklist.</div>
<div>Identify, and report any damaged tooling that needs repair.</div>
<div>Identify product safety concerns and report them to your supervisor.</div>
<div>Maintain proper production reporting.</div>
<div>Other duties as determined by Plant Superintendent, Shift Supervisor or Shift Lead.</div>
<div></div><div>Job Requirements:</div>
<div>Standing for long periods of time.</div>
<div>Ability to read a tape measure.</div>
<div>Bending, lifting, twisting on a continuous basis.</div>
<div>Ability to lift 70 lbs.</div>
<div>Ability to clearly communicate with material handlers, other employees and managers as needed.</div>
<div>Attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy.</div>
<div>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</div>
<div>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</div>
<div>Experience assisting on multi color flexographic press is preferred.</div>
<div>Able to troubleshoot and problem solve.</div>
<div>Basic Computer skills preferred</div>
<div>Ability to clearly differentiate colors.</div>
